Leadership Through the Lens Movie Club is a facilitated professional development series for organizations for leadership development and leading change.
It provides an engaging and psychologically safe way to examine real worklife challenges without beginning with personal disclosure or focusing on individual problems.
The Movie Club can be used as part of a leadership development initiative, or as a part of company wide transformation and cultural change.

We select three to five films based on your organization’s current development goals and the needs of the participants. The films are watched in advance, allowing participants to engage with the material at a time that suits them.
Facilitated learning sessions
Each film is followed by a 90-minute facilitated session, delivered online or in person.
The discussion uses the film’s characters, decisions, and workplace dynamics as a shared reference point. Participants reflect on what they observed, explore different perspectives, and connect the themes to their own organizational reality. The film serves as a practical lens for professional and leadership development and can be integrated to performance reviews and KPI metrics.
Shared language and practical application
Participants leave with more than individual insights. The series helps create a shared vocabulary for discussing leadership, trust, power, communication, and collaboration. Each session also includes practical reflection or an agreed action item and personal development plan that helps participants apply the learning in their everyday work.
