    About Heli

I design and facilitate leadership workshops, keynotes, and coaching programs that strengthen trust, influence, and the ability to turn goals into practical action.

My film-based method, Leadership Through the Lens, uses stories as a practical tool for leadership development. It helps participants recognize workplace dynamics more clearly and turn insight into actions they can apply in their everyday work.

I hold an MBA and am a Certified Business Coach, trained through an ICF-accredited coaching program. My background brings together business, coaching, leadership development, visual communication, and storytelling.

I am also a trained image consultant and have studied screenwriting. These perspectives have shaped the way I see leadership as a form of holistic communication: expressed through words, actions, presence, and choices that influence how a person is seen and experienced by others.

Clothing and visual communication are not merely external details in the work of an expert or leader. They can support professional identity, credibility, and influence - or sometimes conflict with the message a person wants to convey.

Stories, in turn, help us see relationships, choices, and moments of influence from new perspectives. The combination of business, coaching, film, and visual communication has shaped my approach to leadership, professional visibility, and career transitions.

I work with leaders, emerging managers, and expert teams in situations that require greater clarity, a new direction, or the courage to act. These may include stepping into a new leadership role, navigating a demanding professional transition, managing organizational growth, or leading strategic change.

    Film as a safe mirror

The film-based approach is especially effective when an organization needs a psychologically safe way to explore real workplace dynamics, including communication, decision-making, trust, power, and influence.

Stories create enough distance to examine challenging situations without blame, defensiveness, or pressure to disclose personal experiences too quickly. This makes it easier to have honest conversations, build shared understanding, and identify practical ways forward.

    Outcomes we can work toward

    • Strengthening psychological safety and a feedback culture that holds under pressure
    • Building leadership presence and improving cross-cultural communication
    • Improving decision-making, accountability, and stakeholder influence
    • Turning leadership insight into clear, practical action

I deliver Leadership Through the Lens as a keynote, an interactive workshop, or a facilitated learning series.

For longer-term development, the Women’s Leadership Accelerator offers a cohort-based program focused on visibility, influence, leadership confidence, and courageous action.

Individual coaching helps participants translate insight into daily leadership practice and sustain meaningful behavioral change over time.
